Ernesto is licensed in Business Science and holds a Masters in Human Relations and Training. He began his vocation in personal development at Philips Computer in 1982 as head of Sales Training of the Sales and Distribution network. From then on he maintained an intense collaboration with various Business Schools and Universities, creating and giving programmes in the human resource and sales fields.

In 1989 he was named Training Director for the Digital Equipment Enterprise company until 1993, when he co-founded the company 'CA Consultores Asociados' as Head of Sales. In 2008 he founded the consulting firm FIDES Fidelización y Desarrollo.

From the beginning to its dissolution, he served different positions in the Board of Directors of the Association for Company Training and Development (Asociación de Formación y Desarrollo, AFYDE). He is currently a member of the Catalan Association of Consulting Firms (ACEC) and the Spanish Association for Online Training Companies (Asociación de Empresas de Formación Online, AEFOL).

Ferran was born in Valladolid. He studied Telecom Technical Engineering at the Ramon Llull University, and later obtained a postgraduate degree in Marketing Management. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from IESE Business School.
He began his professional career at Magnetti Marelli and later joined the Institut Català de Tecnología (ICT) and the Centre d’Alta Especialització en Tecnologies de la Informació (CAETI). He worked for ENDESA in Telecom Engineering as Director for Catalunya (Enditel) and headed the expansion of Retevisión (AUNA).
He holds the position of Marketing and Communication Director of the Altran Group for Spain and Portugal and is a member of its Board of Directors.
Is a Dean of the College of Technical and Telecommunications Engineers of Catalonia (Col•legi d’Enginyers Tècnics i Pèrits de Telecomunicació de Catalunya, COETTC) and a Dean of the Official College of Technical Telecom Engineers (Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Técnicos de Telecomunicación, COITT) nationwide.
He is the President of the FUNIBER Business Social Council and the Vice-president of the Barcelona Marketing Club

Josep developed his professional activity in IECISA holding different positions, currently being the Director of the Public Sector for Spain.

Degree in Physics (University of Barcelona 1971). Further studies in industrial process optimization, technical innovation, computing and information technology. Nine years in innovation development and improvements in the chemical-textile industry. Thirty years developing software solutions and consulting for the finance sector. Founder and Director of INORME, S.L., a technology consulting firm specializing in banking, savings banks and insurance companies.

Managing partner at B&W. Laszlo graduated as an Industrial Design engineer (MSc) in 1991 at the Delft University of Technology. After a nine month trip around the world, followed by brief stints both at a medical device high-tech start-up and at the Dutch government agency for R&D funding, Laszlo joined what was then Willems & van den Wildenberg as a junior consultant in 1993. In 2002 he founded the Spanish branch of the company.
He has worked for over 50 leading industries in Europe of all sizes and sectors. He has personally developed and managed more than 20 collaborative R&D / Open Innovation / joint market development initiatives. In parallel, he has executed Business Opportunity Search & Select assignments in an equally wide range of sectors, identifying and preparing entry into new business opportunities.
