| - | The consulting company must be clearly identified as a legal person, it must be active in the public practice of business consultancy, and be independent in order to be able to give impartial advice, without depending on other organisations or companies that are not in the consulting practice. |
| - | The company must be prepared to analyse problems, advise and assist the practical implementation of the advice given to sufficiently diverse customers and, at least, in one key field of activity. |
| - | The consulting company and its professionals must have an ethical and professional career of the highest level and maintain this level of experience, respecting the professional Code of Conduct of the Association. |
| - | The consulting company must have been in public practice of business consultancy for at least two years. This period can be reduced when it belongs to a European association that is a member of FEACO. |
| - | The consulting firm must be able to demonstrate a level of technical competence and theoretical and practical knowledge obtained in the field of the business consulting. |
